Emily Rugg, 26, of Wichita, was crowned Miss Kansas 2025 on June 7. She holds a business degree from Oklahoma State and an MBA from Emporia State. Her platform, From Gap to Gain, helps people build job skills and confidence. Emily is active in community leadership and mentorship and founded the YP Conference for young professionals. She’s earned over $23,000 in scholarships and will represent Kansas at Miss America 2026 this September.
